I don't scan my computer unless i noticed a difference in performance.

I haven't scanned my pc for viruses, etc, in at least 3-4 months. Thanks for reminding me, I'll run one today :)

How come Macs never get viruses?

The "gentlemen", who are programming viruses & trojans, are concentrating on the clear market leader Windows.

It's just that Apple has a 3 % market share with computers (6 % in the US) but a 0.0001 % market share with malware. Macs must be safer, at least compared to the average Windows machine.

Hardcore gaming is a bubble economy blown up by Microsoft's $7 $6 billion losses.

I haven't scanned in awhile. I had to unistall my virus protection because it's firewall wouldn't let me play TF2 so I got rid of it. So probably since December.

Hi, this is Vince with Shamwow.

About once a month, but I'm cautious to where and what I download.

Yes, this argument is used often and I won't contradict. As I'm not an expert whatsoever, I don't know if it's really true that Mac OS is generally safer or if it's just the fact that virus programmers are concentrating on Windows.

I'm just happy that I don't have to run scans on my iMac and I hope it stays that way.

scan for adware/viruses maybe twice a month when I feel like it.
I've never had any major malware related problems so I tend to look over it.

I don't have any firewall or Antivirus running in the background because I hate things running in the background.

crappy old school NES games are more entertaining than next-gen games.
