Good personality, looks, and sex. Won't work for me unless she has all three. Looks, of course, is highly subjective, and I don't have that high standards, so it's really not a problem for most. Sex, again, is subjective, and both need to have compatible preferences. Personality... Ah, that's quite complicated. I don't even know what exactly I look for. Some of the most important things though are good sense of humor, and high integrity. Common interests help too (the lack of which I've noticed to be a problem sometimes). Other than that, it just has to work. I don't particularly care whether she's similar to me or the opposite of me, or something between, as long as it works.

And just for the record, I'm taken at the moment (and have been for almost three years now). There's a few rough edges here and there but things are improving, so I'm sort of hopeful in regard to the future of this relationship.

We already have a good idea of what you look for in a partner. Good high paying job, not shy at urinals.

I sometimes worry it might limit my choices but I'm sticking to my guns.

If they have brothers, because some of the girls I dated had no trouble bringing their brothers along and I aint having none of that anymore.
