Also, this is not Gen 7. Z hasn't even happened yet, and it's all but confirmed. The subtitle is confirmed in the anime, Zygarde has new forms that are unattainable in current games, Volcanion isn't out yet. Gen 7 isn't happening before Z, and Z is happening.

What's more likely is that Magiana is a Gen 6.5 Pokemon. XY had by far the smallest dex, and people speculate it's because they split the dex between XY and Z. There's evidence in XY to support this. That's what's probably going on here. Magiana is a Pokemon native to a region neighboring Kalos, the one that was mentioned by the backpacker in XY that we'd see "soon."

Not that I really give a shit anymore. Just give me Gen 7, NX, and VA.

This Pokémon is gen.7's Lugia,Lucario,Latios,Latias,Zoroark and Meloetta all got a movie before their gen launched so I wouldn't be surprised if by or at E3 we get the announcement of Z or XY2 for the 3DS and next year Gen.7 is the NX holiday game
