Forums - Sony - I don't like Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection so far...

November 1, 2011...That is when US3 shipped, so it's been 5 years. The control and hell everything is pretty diffrent from the 1st to the 3rd, so if your still playing the 1st yes it's not nearly as tuned as the next two. If you have played TLOU what ND have learned in that will def have some elements in UC4. I loved the Uncharted series, I went back and played the first and yes it feels dated, but that's OK. It just showes you how ND and the industry have moved forward with the times and technology. Gaming is Good.

FYI if you feel this is to hard then don't play Bloodborne, DrvieClub, or TLOU, Second Son.

The Uncharted series ranks right up there with Breaking Bad and Star Wars as one of the most over-rated things in the world.

Yeah. Along with Skies of Arcadia.

Uncharted, Breaking Bad, Star Wars 4,5,6,7 are awsome, but don't hold a candle to the WIRE.

Stop comparing to something else and try to enjoy it for itself. Wait till you get to the last level it get worst.

I'm playing UC1 for the first time too and my biggest problem with it is your 5th point. I get so frustrated when Drake randomly falls and dies, that mechanic is so badly done. I've never played an UC game and I really liked Tomb Raider's Reboot and since ppl say that they are similar I thought the climbing dynamics in UC would be as good as TR's but it isn't.

That's really my only big issue with the game.

Play the latter two Uncharted titles. Climbing is much more polished and refined.

I will play them in order once I finish the first one. Afterall I got the NDC, it would be a waste not to and I do enjoy the game.

Uncharted 1 is a great opening to the series. 2&3 really step up the game, imo.

Well from your points it just seems like this is not your type of game. And from your other threads it just seems like you don't like challenges........period. So I would say just go for something easier and more suitable for you.

Also side not.....why is it that this OP can make all these threads like this but yet NEVER participates in ANY of them....like he just creates the thread and poof disappears....it just seems odd to me.

I agree with ya here, just maybe some point farming because the threads he puts get obvious replies of people saying he is wrong/shit at games.

That said tho, looking over some of the replies here, how would you reply to comments which suggest he should play easier games... on the easy setting... and by play one person suggests watching games on youtube instead lol. I'm not defending how bad the OP/Thread are, but how could you reply to people ragging on him like this?

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I played The Uncharted Collection last week and got through all the Uncharteds.
All I can say is that the first Uncharted is pretty terrible and VERY PS2-era.
Uncharted 2 and 3 are great though.

That said, enemies are bullet sponges throughout the entire series and it is a big pain in the ass. It wasn't until TLOU when they finally fixed that issue.
