Let's not kid ourselves, On the software front (as in newer games coming to PS2), PS2 is dead. It might still get ports of Wii games, but actually making a PS2 game is just silly.

You're kidding right? Guitar Hero III on PS2 outsold all the other versions. There's plenty of incentive toput GTA4 on the PS2, it would definitely sell millions. The problem is that it would put a dent into the PS360 version's sales.

They did? That's news to be, but it seems silly regardless because GTA sells. If it can sell on the PSP, which isn't anything-centric with its poor software sales (beyond being Monster Hunter centric in Japan), then a Wii version can certainly make its money. I'm sure there's someone out there that wants to simulate running over hookers with motion controls.

You will see a PC version way before you see them consider PS2/PSP version.

I hope there will be a PC version. I have never liked the controls of the game on consoles. It is just not the same without a keyboard and mouse.

but they might as well. i mean, they are fitting it into a dvd9 with the 360, so it can fit into a dvd9. meaning it can also fit on the ps2.
