That what it is I think because I couldn't access Hotmail either. But what has my xbox live account got to do with Hotmail. Anyway I had to change both passwords again. Xbox one still not working right tho

Granted, after OP's thread title was "Xbox One is a joke", it didn't look to have a bright future... However, with a thread title change and people trying to help the OP, it seemed to be okay to leave open. OP reacting so poorly to people's criticism of his thread title and problem though, tells me that this should be locked.
