No, you can't be 100% PC. Being PC itself is sort of like that old expression about an ostrich hiding its head in the sand. Hiding from a problem rather than looking for solutions to said problem. Issues don't magically disappear if you ignore them, they stay the same with people ignoring the issue or it makes the issue worse. Anything that you say can be interpreted by stupid people as something that is racist, sexist, homophobic, ablest, etc. no matter how much you try to stay away from that stuff. I've seen plenty of people who consider themselves PC get attacked by fellow politically correct people for wording something "the wrong way".

No, everyone will be offended by something. Society as a whole has gotten WAY too oversensitive and it is ridiculous to the point I just tell people that I am offended by them getting offended by things I say. People need to stop taking things the wrong way.
