Forums - Nintendo - It seems Splatoon's framerate gets worse with every update!

No framerate issues for me, just some lag here and there...

It makes sense. I noticed the performance was slightly worse on bf4 after the millionth content update recently.

Driveclub has had a lot of updates too and you can notice one or two little glitches if you've got an eye for spotting those things.

I think it's to do with this. Developer makes a game and they get it up and running in its release state. But they struggle to keep that standard when a ton of bells and whistles are added in. That's my theory but I could be wrong.

I have problems with framerate only on museum dafonsino, thats why I hate this stage.

Hmm, can't say I can recall framerate issues, I might have to double check.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

I haven't experienced any framerate issues, then again I don't play the game that much anymore but I'll keep an eye on the framerate next time I play

I've not had any problems with worse frame rate.. Every now and then there's lag but not enough to complain about.

I havent had framerate issues, the game goes down around 5fps sometimes as always but it has a rocksolid framreate 95% of the time, I think that must be lag.

i haven't had any issues.

I haven't noticed many framerate drops - and I get pretty emotional about such things. I remember when Splatoon released and the framerate of the plaza was only 30 (or even a bit less in my opinion) FPS. I was furious, glad they fixed that a few days later!

I think it's just lag.
