I think it's barely looking like a current gen game. The textures are really low and don't get me started on the little lights around the signs. They look really basic.

so does every GTA type game. The Main character design allready looks better than GTA 5 or Watchdogs

I just look at the overall picture not zooming in on pixels or the little details.  The presentation to my eye is one of the best I've ever seen.  I meant that rather than from a technical,  digital foundry type aspect.

well that's totally fine. You should play Sleeping Dogs if you haven't as that has pretty much the same style.

I played Life is Strange recently and while it's not close to be graphically impressive, it's pretty to look at due to the bright colours and quite good lighting.

I'd love to but I've too many games in my backlog.  I've seen it dirt cheap many times on sale but unless I've time to play it I'll not buy it.

Same here. Yakuza was what got me through waiting for a Shenmue sequel. I prefer it to most sandbox games out there and the gameplay is perfect.
