They're already having a press conference at this new event, so if they'd have a press conference at E3 they'd have 2 within 5 days, so I think we can assume that EA wont have their off press conference at E3, maybe a game or two at Microsoft's and Sony's conferences.

Thanks. So, E3 begins day before! EA, then MS, then Sony and inbetween other like Ubisoft.

So... everybody focuses on E3 at this time and no body cares for EA's thing? Lol, that's not going to work as EA wished.

Around the Network

This year E3 runs between June 14 to June 16, so it's still possible that EA does its conference in the 14th to coincide with the first day of E3.

Regarding this new show, I understand and see the benefits of doing the London part but I fail to see what they'll gain from the L.A. side of all this given that all the attention they could get will fade away once E3 begins.

It's like if they want to have their own show but are too afraid of doing it apart of E3 and all its media attention.

interesting. EA is still gonna get lots of attention since its still in LA where e3 is and its also in London. Good move on EA.
