Name: I don't really care what the name is. Just please don't have 'Wii' in it

Month: February is good, go for that.

Specs: Around the same as PS4/Xbox One. Don't care about pixels/fps or whatever as long as it could play all the same games I'd be happy.
Achievement system! One of the most important parts to me!
Region free.

And a September release date would be nice

Oh how did I forget this! Love them or hate them but I almost think this is a must sicne there are poeple who play purely as an achievment hunter weather its for fun of bragging rights :) Wii U would probably of sold another 2m by now to achievment hunters most likely :D

Well, realistic and what I hope are totally different :p

Name should definitely be Nintendo Wii U and Mii (honestly, the name could be anything so there isn't really a realistic answer :/ )

I'll assume that this console is a handheld

Name: I'd rather they keep the NX name, it's short, catchy and I've got used to it and love it.

Month: Announced in february-march, released in november 2016

System specs: Near ps4 but with something better, more or less like the wii-u ps3 situation.

Biggest wish: free online and region free

Keep the name "NX". It sounds good and they can make it their new line of consoles (NX2, NX3, etc)

Month should be February.

Well for one they keep the current name and don't go naming it Wii something.

The rules on the the 1st parties along with "realism" are a tad restive so I'll just say whatever usual 1st party IP Nintendo launches every start of the gen, something Mario, something Zelda, something Pokemon and Metroid. Basically with those rules the results are about as exciting and predictable as coleslaw.

Two systems, one architecture, they can both use the same games. One home console and one handheld device. The home console comes first to improve the handheld on its compatibility with the HC and to keep the 3DS sales going a little more.

Home console: November 2016.
Handheld: June 2017, Pokemon 7th gen would launch in October 2017.

FREE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER. Backwards compatibility, even if it is digital-only like the XBone. And region-free. Virtual console of GC-GBA, Wii-DS and WiiU-3DS early on. And all of the Nintendo account features they are working on.

A controller with a second screen. I like second screens! Maybe a small screen, to not make a giant controller. Also, make GameCube controllers wih the screen and PC compatible. Keep the Wiimotes and the Gamepad compatible. Also, ou can use the handeld as a controller for the home console.

 

I just realized this error. But Xbox One B/C works with both physical and digital.



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
