The last PS3 game I bought was "Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus" last year in a PSN sale (Shovel Knight doesn't count, I bought that for the Vita version... damn you, cross-buy ;))

The last physical PS3 game I bought was Persona 4 Arena (also last year, but earlier).

I don't intend to buy further PS3 titles, but I get a few with PS+ every month, sometimes it includes a game I want to play.
