@Topic: I didn't have many major issues this past year, though I haven't found myself needing to report users as often. So either the community is improving or mods are cracking down more. Or maybe I'm just not here as much.

I know she was on and off mod as well, which I thought was odd. Just figured it was personally related to life. Then she went off on jega, which was the breaking point I guess.
