I'd say the Dualshock 4, I have no complaints about it.

battery life? Thats my only issue with it, but its a huge one.

I have another complaint about it too: its sticks. They feel good and are responsive, but the material they are made of... is really bad. I'm starting to have problems with it.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I got some "protectors" from amazon for 0,99 or something like that to avoid this issue but your right, something like this shouldnt be needed.

Looks like this:

Nice! Hopefully I can find it here in Brazil too (I doubt I will, but let's try anyway). Does it feel normal to play like this or is it worse?

It definitly feels different but i got used to it after a short period of time. Wouldnt say it worse or better, just different.

If they are as cheap as in my country (im from germany) I would at least try them out. New controllers are expensive and even if Sony will replace them for free, you have to send them your controller and wont be able to use it for some time.

DS4. Minus points for build quality though..
Both of mine are fairly old so I don't know if any revision improved the trigger springs or thumbstick rubber. If they haven't, they need to do it. The best designed controller ever is blemished by these idiotic issues.

I'm in love with the Dualshock 4 and which I can use it for the PS3 as well since it feels so comfortable in my hand (PSTV can use both DS3 and DS4 so why not PS3). I have no issues with the thumbsticks and the D-pad is great (especially for fighting games). Only issue is the battery life but I dont mind as much as it's built-in rather than replacing AA batteries.

I think they fixed those issues a while ago..

I've had my PS4 for a few months now and have been using my extra DS4 (20th anniversary) with it, and have not come across dodgy triggers or thumbsticks.

OT: Tried them all and I prefer DS4 for all around play, though the battery life leaves much to be desired. XB1 controller is comfy and works best with fps. But I still can't get on with the hard candy-like face buttons, nor the D-pad. The Gamepad; clunky and cheap. The CC Pro though a great controller feels a but cheap and light, and also doesn't have analogue triggers.

I've used all three and I prefer the Xbox one due to analog stick placements, and overall comfort. DS4 is much improved over it's predecessor. While it's comfortable in the hands, I don't like the battery life, and stick placements.

Wii U controller is a mixed bag for me.

I have only played on the Wii U controller and a bit with the PS4 so my pick will go to the Wii U

Despite it being clunky and having a bad battery life, I really like the off TV play feature and that you can use it as a TV remote and other things

I've gone back to playing Pikmin 3 (Xenoblade made me miss it). The first time, I used a Wii remote. Now, I'm using the GamePad's touchscreen.  I'm actually loving it more!

Easy win for Dualshock 4
