"Where Has my Heart Gone?" is great.
"Dust: Elysian Tale" is also good.
"Malicious/Malicious: Rebirth" is fucking great.

Stuff like "Bastion" or "Thomas Was Alone" I consider to be too high profile. Just because they're indies doesn't mean they are unknown.

I don't even know what qualifies as a hidden gem at this point. Nearly every game mentioned in this thread has been a PS+ "freebie" over the last two years.

Indivisible prototype. Go download NOW! if your a rpg fan. It became my most anticipated game after playing the prototype. This game is a hidden gem and will surprised a lot of people with gorgeous graphics and fun gameplay. It's a 2.5D platformer that plays similar to the valkyrie series.
