The rules are scrict? Try going anywhere else. Its like NK compared to this place. But the worst is Neogaf, its a hellhole controlled by few. Its super closed, and it sucks. Avoid it if possible.

the guy who ran the official xbox thread got permabanned for using VGC as a platform to funnel people to his site. something like that. im not an expert on the issue, im sure somebody around here knows more about the situation. 

but yes, there are hardly any xbox people here at all. 

Don't know why he did. Anyway, I don't know any major Xbox fanboy on this site anymore. While there are still some vocal ones left, like mr puggsly, the xbox community here is dead compared to playstation, and its still a far cry from its nintendo community here.

Console wars are not as good with PS4 completely dominating and winning most of the time. I imagine reading a new title daily about how "PS4 is a beast" has gotten old to some. The only thing left of console wars are click bait articles and multiplat comparisons(although this is becoming less popular). Hopefully the upcoming VR wars will spark a few users until the next gen consoles appear.

Well, what happened to them is, PlayStation fanboys talk so much shit, and get away with it all the time. Like your little fanboy post here. The problem is, and the mods are a major part of the problem, is they empower you fanboys, and punish anyone else for engaging them. My last ban exemplifies this to a t. Some playstation fanboy says something to me, I directly answered his bullshit post, and the mod says I get banned for not adding to the topic... but his did? Fucking stupid. 

This website is a joke. It's plagued by childish playstation fanboys, that get to utilize freedom of speech, while the rest get the ban hammer. Prominent users are leaving? What a surprise. Who the hell wants to be a part of a giant circle jerk? These guys jizz blue, all over eachother.

While there are some good guys here, they are heavily outnumbered by overly excited company fanboys. PlayStation fanboys are always right, anyone else, is banned. 

Here's the funny thing, I play tons of playstation 4 games, I'm about 50/50 with the xbox 1. I'm embarrassed to say I play the ps4, because the blue fanboys act so fucking retarded. 

Mods, you want to really make this forum, and overall website grow? Quit being massive sony fanboys yourselves, and stop allowing sony trolls to fuck with everyone else, without consequence.

LOL. Look, I've had that feeling as well (its the reason my first account was perma-banned). But you need to understand no forum will be more kind to you (unless its a fanboy forum). Either way, saying this will get you banned. Your telling the site to fuck off, which isn't treated nicely here (personal experience, lol).

Some people leave or don't visit the site as much because of life or they get a bit burned out on the forums and then there's the other group who can't control themselves without attacking others. We're only talking about video games for the most part. How difficult is it really for someone to behave when debating with others with opposing views? 

I don't know why i should be sad about banned people leaving unless the ban was unjust. But this kind of thing happens. People move on. I was away for a time aswell. Actively posting on forums actually takes alot of your time that can be better used elsewhere.

yeah Ive also seen that some users here just move to neogaf. I have an acount on both and I'm moslty on there. But this place is alright too.
