Zelda U will easily sell at the very least 3-4 million on WII U properly more.

For those saying its a new game compared to the two HD remakes that precede it, what about ALttP beating out the all new MC on GBA?  Or OoT3D selling more than ALBW? They still back this trend up.

The original 2D Zeldas usually sell less since the OoT arrival. Also, both The Minish Cup and ALBW are overshadoed by two games considered some of the best of all time: ALTTP and OoT. Compeeting against those is difficult.

Remasters sell less... esp if the first release sold alot, and had a high attact rate, like most zelda games do.

Remasters can sell alot, if its a first release that didnt do well enough on previous console it was released on, but had a good reception in general amoung reviewers/fans ect. Word of mouth will have people that didnt org play it want to play it, when it re releases as a remaster.

Like... Rise of the tomb Raider is a candidate that when its released again will probably sell much much better.

How can a thread be so wrong? Making up trends. Thinking  the newest and possibly mos amazing zelda won't outsell a remaster.

naaa some titles have found success on the WiiU. i think this will be a cross gen title, between WiiU and NX. so it will likely be a big seller between both systems.

If it's Wii U only, it won't sell as well as it could, but flop? No, I don't think so at all... O:

It ll probably sell more on the NX than on the wii u, if the NX launches and is a hit, with that zelda game as one of the launch titles.
