@ Jason - Sorry I couldn't quote properly, it wouldn't let me.

"Cod Still going strong but tis still not as strong as it once was."

This is the COD data to end of First December according to VGC.

MW - 9 weeks - 3.4M

WAW - 8 weeks - 3.89M

MW2 - 8 weeks - 7.857M

BLOPS - 8 weeks - 11.1M

MW3 - 8 weeks - 10.87M

BLOPS2 - 8 weeks - 9.94M

GHOSTS - 9 weeks (7 week xb1 - 8 weeks 9 ps4) - 9.335M

AW - 9 weeks - 7.53M

BLOPS3 - 9 weeks - NPD 8.33M

Defintely a decline showing over this short period. Would you say that the decline could be due to the rise of digital?

The decline is due to franchise fatigue and Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer giving 0 fucks about the quality of their games. It's no coincidence that Black Ops 3 is the first CoD in 5 years to be up compared to the previous entry, Treyarch is the only developer somewhat trusted by the majority of the CoD playerbase. Especially Infinity Ward is hated by a lot of players, I'm expecting a massive decline for the next game no matter how good it actually is, wouldn't be surprised if it's under 6m after 2 months. As someone who's bought all CoD games since MW2 and all map packs except those of AW: Infinity Ward could go defunct tomorrow and I wouldn't give a shit. If Infinity Ward keeps doing things like they did since MW2's launch then CoD would be better off without Infinity Ward.

To add to Protendo's comment:  April!

Nothing wrong with the Xbox one's line-up in 2015, personally I'm looking forward to Xbox One games in 2016.

Proud to be a Californian.

I don't play COD anymore so that is an interesting insight.

Yeah. I think we will see more declines in big series due to the rise of digital.

I actually enjoyed AW because it was innovative due to the new movement system.

Have Halo 5 LTD numbers been revealed yet?

P.S.: I'm working on some other charts. I'll try to have them up after dinner. I'm still not able to finish a couple of my year-end charts, though.

In November it had 1.3m ltd in the US and FIFA sold 629k so than Halo 5>1.629k
