Forums - Gaming - Do you keep your played games?

I never want to sell my games,I love my games, I have 25 N64 games stacked up in a closet while my N64 is broken, and I still have a lot of old gameboy advanced games I play in my DS from time to time

I don't sell my games unless they suck or aren't enjoyable anymore like a bunch of medicore N64 games I recently sold.

I was never one for trade ins until I lived on my own and it was too hard to keep up with all the games so I did finally do trade ins and May last year helped me get a Wii.
But I reached a point I have all the most important games I want still.

Instead of selling them to a store for such a small fraction, sell them on ebay, for less than the used price, but more than what the store will give you, and boom, its worth it.

Unless a game is phenomenally bad, I keep it. Sooner or later, I replay them. And anyway, keeping them until I'm really not interested in playing them any more gives them plenty of time to compound in "collector's value", meaning I can (if I'm so inclined) sell them on Some Kind of Online Auction for far more than I paid for them originally.

Sky Render - Sanity is for the weak.

I keep them as collectors items, I have only once traded in games... back in HS I needed money to buy a game so I traded in a few, I regretted it later. I still have many SNES and N64 games in a box somewhere.

I like to keep a VG library.

I sell the bad ones for whatever I can get and keep the good ones so I have a collection of classics! I'll never sell Halo 3 even though I never play it anymore. Same with R:FoM

i would never sell my games - they're like family now! so many good times with them.....
