The answer to your question is the one that gives an individual the most satisfaction.

First party, Third party, exclusive, new IP, console "exclusive", etc. are all just really buzzwords ultimately if the content itself doesn't interest you. I know a lot of people prefer the Vita over the 3DS and the XB1 over PS4.

If you really want to go by your guidelines, in terms of content, then the PC generally superior to all console platforms

Kid Icarus Uprising is king though

Well, this is a bit too early isn't it?

I'm an Xbox fanboy, so Xbox FTW!

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Given that I own a Ps4 and people always say I have bad taste when it comes to gaming, the obvious answer lies between either WiiU or Xbox One.

Home console: PS4

Handheld: 3DS

Disappointed that the Ouya isn't an option

Wii U for me.

It's a bit disappointing truth be told, but it has its charms.

As someone who started gaming in the 4th gen, no major systems have ever been as unappealing to me as PS4 and Xbox One.

Vita's third party exclusives aren't that bad.

So far overall it's probably the 3DS. But PS4 will eventually surpass it (and very soon) and be the best console this gen overall.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
