Quality of screen, unless it;s chnaged everyone i've heard had the psvr has the better screen.

Have they compared the PSVR to the Rift DK2 (development kit) or the Rift CV1 (consumer version)?

The consumer version has a much improved display compared to the DK2.

I haven't really seen a direct comparison of the CV1 and PSVR yet, but I have heard some people say that the screen on PSVR is crisper. Which is possible, it does technically have a larger number of subpixels than the Rift since it's a full RGB display.

Dr. Richard Marks (head of Sonys Magic Labs) said that the screen is going to be sharper than many would expect for that reason, and also because it's optics (Read: lenses) are better than what is on competing headsets.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

And a PC capable of running oculus is more powerful than a PS4.

Stop the presses.

I have to say that Luckey is very quotable already and that gamers will be quoting him for many years afterwards. Price point is more important than power especially when no one really knows if VR is gonna truly catch on or not. They need to entice as many consumers as possible to buy it.

How is this news? Everyone with eyes can read the specs and compare higher with lower numbers. The PSVR doesn't have to be high end since it's powered by a potato anyway. Packing more quality stuff in there would be a waste.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I will closely compare Vive with Rift and get either one of them. I'm getting PSVR anyway because it probably has the better content gameswise.

PSVR for me, and than in few years i buy a other for PC, but don't know wich one one atm, since my pc is not VR compatible and not want to upgrade now.

Isn't this only because the specs needed are higher end than a PS4? The device itself is a display unit that is capabily of 200p higher resolution that the PSVR, however PSVR may actually feature lower latency and deeper color with the 1920x1080xRBG meaning that ever pixel has 3 subpixels for better color.
