Sony could show nothing new at E3 and I'd still be satisfied after the kind of year we had in 2015 in terms of annoucements. I want release dates though.
Nintendo needs to announce A LOT of stuff. Anything lesser and I will be disappointed unless they announce new stuff before in a Nintendo Direct or something. They also need to show Zelda and give a solid release date.

Nintendo: NX reveal if they haven't done that at that point. Backwards compatibility for the NX (if it's not physical BC, at least digital). Mario Strikers as a launch title. Decent 1st party launch games, with a 2D Metroid. Western 3rd parties putting an efford would be nice. Persona 5 will come to the NX too. Controller with the form of the GameCube one and PC compatible.

Sony: Vita pricecut. 110-90€ the handheld, 30-20€ the Vita TV. New model compatible with regular SD cards. Online multiplayer free for their consoles.

And Age of Empires 4. It won't happen, but I want it anyway.

2. New Metroid by Sakamoto revealed for NX, follows Other M path but without story and a open setting to explore
3. New Monolith game hinted
4. Paper Mario HD announced, TTYD sequel
5. Mass Effect Andromeda equal port announced for NX, with other ports (The Witcher III, Dark Souls III)
6. A real 3D Mario announced for NX (64-2)
7. New 2D Mario with a complete new artstyle and soundtrack coming to NX
8. Dragon Quest VII and VIII coming soon (July-August)
9. #FE coming soon (August-September)
