It has Gravity Rush and Nier on there, those are far more niche than Star Ocean, Nino Kuni II, and Persona.

Insomniac never left. They just didnt give Sunset Overdrive to Sony. They had been working on Ratchet and Clank for a while. Sony screwed the pooch on the other game since they demanded the IP.

There is much more done to Ratchet & Clank than there was with the Gears remake. Gears only got it's graphics remade, Ratchet is literally made from the ground up, and has tons of new weapons, story elements and even levels that weren't in the original.
