dante said: what can nintendo really announce thats so surprising OMG a new star fox, animal crossing, and pikman and all the other nintendo franchises continued on the wii. I thought nintendo would go create new some new ip with mature themes
and yes we already know the fact that ff13 and GeOW 2 exist, but we dont have any big details yet. I actually think sega might have a big showing. IF they show some of the aliens fps, Alpha protocol, and a new Skies of Arcadia.
When is e3 this year. im not sure but i think they moved it back to May |
Yeah, because "big details" on the gameplay system in Final Fantasy XIII are big enough news to blow everyone out of the water and "win E3."
You Sony fanboys are doing damage control before the event even happened.
Maybe there will be a bunch of new PS3 games we don't know about. If there aren't, then the PS3 doesn't win. No amount of news on a game announced nearly 3 years ago is gonna wow the press on the level of basically any unannounced game. Sorry. The criteria for "winning" at E3, based on my opinion which in this case is obviously correct, sorry if I sound like a prick, is "big surprise announcments" that pave the way for your library, and were unknown previously.
Basically, new news gets people talking and excited about your system. FFXIII fanboys like yourself and me, are already pretty hyped about the game, and have been for many years. No tidbit of new info can compare to the announcment of an entirely new game.
Also, don't pretend that Nintendo games aren't big news. Just because you hate Nintendo and your fanboy friends on the internet, doesn't mean that the vast majority of the gaming public doesn't absolutely love the company and all the software they release, which I feel is always fresh and exciting, even if it does share similarities with previous installments, just like MGS, Gran Turismo, or Final Fantasy.
Anyway, read my OP, it's not what Nintendo announces, it's what is announced on the Wii by all developers.
