With saying that there are certain parts that could potentially be challenging.

I don't enjoy super difficult games, but I like a little challange. The original Paper Mario (the first go through) took me forever to beat the game lol of course I was a kid.

I find Mario RPG to be easier than the original Paper Mario which is fine. It's still a very fun experience to playthrough.

One day I'll finish SMRPG, would have years ago if not for that one forest being literally impossible to get through without having to look online. That really killed my interest in it.

Go back and try again! Was it the forest maze near the end that killed it for you?

I forget what it was called, but it's very early in the game, I think either just before or after you get the first rainbow colored object.

Now you lost me.  Not sure what you mean by rainbow colored object.  The stars?  The first part of the game is fairly straightforward, until the forest maze that was about 1/3rd of the way through.  You should have 1 star at that point.  The next 2 stars you get very quickly afterwards.  

 

You know, 7 Star Spirits (granted they're not exactly rainbow colored), 7 Crystal Stars, 7 Pure Hearts, I assumed this game is where the trend started. Also I assumed it's early on since I only have one Star thingy (are they really just called Stars?).
