Forums - PC Discussion - Steam is f*ck up right now (Warning: you can see other users information) Update: Issue has been fixed

https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/3y7m87/steam_store_turned_russian/

I login and I'm connected as if I were Russian. And everytime I open a game I'm connected as a different user.

What the hell is going on?

It's winter sale. What did you expect?

Well...I didn't expect being able to see the info of a random Russian user....

Yeah, I noticed too. It won't let me buy games or check my wishlist and some store pages are in Japanese for some reason. Pretty sure that it was hacked.  Hopefully we get a fix soon.

EDIT: Everything seems normal again.  Guess they fixed it?  Other than buying things.

Now we know what the psn/xbl hackers were up to.

Yeah, still fucked up here. My store turned into Norwegian or something, and now it's Spanish or something like that.
