I've heard about it from my mother and cousin who were watching it. It's a huge embarrassment for the contest and I feel sorry for both gals and Steve Harvey, who's probably getting a roasting for it.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I kinda saw it, and saw how Steve showed the correct winner on the envelope, and how he took the blame.........I still don't get HOW the f*** up occured.

If you think about it, the card had two names in it. That mean 50% chance of screwing things up. That's high.

it says 2nd runner up, then 1st runner up, then winner. You are supposed to read 2nd runner up then winner (because if you read 1st runner up you know who won). When he saw the 1st runner up he must have just saw the 1st and assumed it meant 1st place. It's really kind of a stupid way of doing it if you think about it, i can see why he did it it's still bad though.

I just was messing around xD I mean, how much does it take not to screw up by reading a card properly. He just needed to pay more attention.

I think next time they should write the card better to evade mistakes.

Eh, don't care. What happens, happens. As long as the winner won. Now we'd have a problem if it was another Al Gore issue.
