Yeah, as others have said, BMI is not the best way to measure fitness because it fails to account for so many aspects. My BMI is in the low 30s, as I'm little over 6 feet and weigh around 240-250 pounds. I'd love to lose some weight, but as I do workout and have a decent amount of muscle, I'm not sure how much fat/weight I could actually lose. I'd guess 20-30 pounds.










I'm one of those guys that eat a ton and gain no fat at all! Teenage ftw! As for bmi... dont know what that even is xD
