What a great article.

And the comments prove you right.

Thank you! It's just an opinion, but one that I tried to express in an informative and entertaining way.

It worked, I was sucked into the article, and really saw the depth of your opinion in it. It also gave me a great perspective on the typical comments that it stimulated.

Oh, and your boxing story was great to read because I love boxing too.

Glad you enjoyed everything as you did. I grew up boxing (casually), and it is something I will always hold dear. I was very resistant to MMA, but came to appreciate it in a very similar way. On the surface, "combat sports" are seen as violent and primitive, but there is such a great discipline in those sports, and the way it forces you to learn about and respect you own strengths and weakness, as well as respect your opponent is such a beautiful thing to me.

Understanding oneself and respecting an opponent are very important. Probably some of the most important tools in human relationships.

I agree!

Wow, I swear I replied to this when you first posted it. If you're referring to the picture, then yes, it is me.

Can XB1 Catch Up With PS4 In The US?

in Gaming Discussion on 12 October 2017

Seems unlikely, 3 million is a strong lead, and it seems that it's rare for a console to outsell another console by 100,000+ in any given month (post launch). I also don't expect the One X to be the best selling of the Xbox One options long term. So while it might give MS a little shot in the arm initially, or here or there, if the games and features of the Xbox One in general aren't...

About Me: I'm a young(ish) husband and father of two. I work as a self-employed General Contractor with a focus on residential carpentry and finish carpentry. I'm a starving artist (writer) with a dream to share my work with the world, but I suppose I'd need to finish some of it and release it in order to even stand a chance of doing that. I'm fascinated by life, death, our origins, and our ultimate fate. I have a deep interest in religion, philosophy, and science, namely where they pertain to the aforementioned topics. Most of the other facts about me, mundane as they are, are broken down in the property categories of my biography here. Please feel free to ask me a question in a message or something if your curiosity might otherwise get the best of you, though I can't imagine why it would.
