They said "console exclusive". It's still possible that it only ever comes to Playstation, but until we hear otherwise I think it's safe to say we're looking at a SFV scenario.

My sources tell me Nintendo made the best offer but Miyamoto wanted Kojima to remove the killing in the game Kojima Production is making.
