It might be, Bayo 2 did pretty good on Wii U with more than 1M sales, with advertisement and better hardware I can definitely see Bayo 3 selling  a lot. keep in mind that the game was also critically acclaimed...

It's alright. They  needed Cloud to hype up their Nov 12 Direct. Also, the Corrin guy/girl is as much as swordsman as Ness and Lucas and Peach are weapon users. They only whip their weapons out for specific attacks, and he/she only uses the sword for specific attacks. The dragon transformation attacks make up most of the moveset, so Corrin stands out amongst the FE characters. Actually, only Marth and Roy feel like generic swordsmen. Ike, Robin and Corrin all feel very different

Good direct, wanted more of course. It was just the top ballot, I wanted 3-4 characters beside Cloud. Unexpected Corrin got a nod. Should have been a character for FE x SMT. :D

We know Snake would be blocked by Konami. But I thought other characters would be added too, but I think it is too much and due to resources we can't have a lot of new characters. We would be sad if Smash NX would have all the same characters and Sakurai couldn't add any new fighter.

Brawl has Snake, Smash 4 has Ryu and Cloud, so we could start a Smash NX thread and character speculation. :)

Just seen B2's sales, with digital it must be past 1m easy now and that's with out falling into the bargain bin like the original.

I'm really not happy about there being another FE rep but the fact that he's anything but generic makes it mostly okay. A clear advergaming character shouldn't have been added if they weren't gonna man up and do Inklings too though, especially not this late. I didn't even want Inklings in this particular game, for the record, just making a point.

I'm very disappointed that we got zero indie representation - not even a Shovel Knight mii costume - and that K. Rool still gets the Ridley shaft. BUT, Bayo. Holy god Bayo. I was so in support of her before launch and at the very start of the Ballot, but I thought she was impossible.

Still, I would've preferred there be like two or three of the Ballot winners rather than just one. But Sakurai.

That doesn't change the fact that FE is over represented for no reason. Ike, Lucina, Roy, Marth, Corrin, Robin like...come on. They all use swords too. Yes, Corrin does transform but what about all the other non-sword wielding characters on Fire Emblem? Hopefully Sakurai is saving the more solid characters, (Inklings, K. Rool, etc. for the next samsh.

You're kidding right? That's almost 1/10 of the characters belonging to Fire Emblem. Mario Bros. yeah, let him do what he wants because he's Nintendo's golden boy and has the different characters to back it. But this is just crazy. Too many spiky hair swordsmen in my smash. I have nothing against spiky hair swordsmen but there's just one too many.
