It's December, and it's nearing the cold, winter season, so I was wondering, what are some of your favorite worlds and levels in games themed after snow, ice, winter, etc.?

Share some of your favorite snow themed levels and worlds.

My favorite was Chapter 7, A Star Spirit on Ice, of the original Paper Mario. I loved that Chapter and it was my second favorite in the game after the Shy Guy Toybox chapter.

Nepal in Uncharted 2 is everything.

Oh man uncharted 2 Nepal was pretty cray. As was last of us.

Mario 64 level where you have to race the big penguin tho and find the missing baby penguin takes the cake.

Midwinter all the way !

1989, Open-world, single player. You start with a character, alone, only with skii and a gun, against a sudden military force in the island of Midwinter, in a frost-covered world, after an asteroid hit Earth and starts an ice age.  You have to find and recruit other NPC that becomes playable once you've convinced them. Games is part turnbased (you play by pack of two hours), parn real time when you ski,drive,handglide or shoot enemies. Basically, you're creating a resistance force to stop the advance of the military and then take the fight back to them. 

This game was revolutionary at the time, all in 8bit (Atari ST). I played this alot, it was amazing !
