Why compare Horzion to Halo 5? If you say it beats Halo 5 in sales and Halo 5 sits on or will be on a healthy 5m. Than what does that say to just about every other game made that hasnt sold 5m+

Ugh it just looks so pretty. it's just a shame they had to cut back simple stuff like water splashing. But it does graphically look superb.

You know,I was a graphics whore, until recently, for instance BOTW is easily the best game I've played and the graphics can look a little basic at times. Another great example is ACIV >>>>>>> AC Syndicate. ACIV is beautiful lush greens and gorgeous shiny water whereas even though Syndicate looks technically better,it just seemed really drap and dull compared. Another example would be say Vice city or GTA5 vs Gta4, vice city,SA and 5 were all lovely sunny,colourful but 4 as again really dull and boring to me.

97 Meta for Breath of Wild? Really? 13 people who got money from Nintendo set 96-97 but it doesn't mean game deserve it.
I haven't seen such a big difference in people ranking and "critics" for a long time.
1500 players+ set just 8.0 rating for Zelda and it's way more fair and trusted rate for that game. So the score is 80, not 97.
Compare with Horizon Zero Dawn "critics set 89, 4500+ players set 8.3=83, not a big difference.
Both games are good but both have own minuses, so they cannot get 95+ normally by those who plays them, so when I read about metascore 96 for Zelda BotW I'm smile.

Lol what how can you go off user score when people score games like BOTW and GTA5 a zero. I've not played Horizon yet but one thing I do know is BOTW is one off the best games I've played so I would definately rate it far above a 8

Dont kid yourself. Never trust User Reviews. Majority are full of 0/10 because its exclusives to (insert Console here) and 10/10 because its a 1st party game. Zelda BotW has set the record for most 10/10 scores in the industry. The player base is bigger on PS4 than Switch so guess which one will have the better User Scores? Interesting indeed.

I see heaps of MS and Sony branded reviewers giving there games high scores when they dont deserve it. So that evens itself out. Still back on point, Zelda is in another league (97 vs 89). It will go down in history as one of, if not the best game ever made.
The game has scored 10/10s from 64 reviewers which speaks volume (I personally counted it myself from Metacritic). I havnt brought a Nintendo system since the N64 days, after buying the Switch and playing BotW i can easily agree with majority of the reviews given. It is a masterpiece in every form.
This is coming from a PC gamer who plays RPG's and MMOs for a living.

Breath of the Wild getting great review scores was already a good reason for a lot of people (who haven't even played it) to think it's overhyped and to give it a 0.

1.Someone set 0/10 but someone 10/10, the more people set score the more fair will be result, that's how voting system work. And you are mistaken, the more players vote the lower results will be, for example at first days at launch Horizon got 8.7 now drop to 8.3 because of 0/10 :)
10/10 record from who? Payed journalists?
2.Sony and MS do that thing, everyone do, compare Mass Effect Andromeda "critics" score and players, that's why I have 0 trust to critics score and that 10/10 records at industry. What means 10/10? Game best in everything cannot be better, graphics, story, gameplay, sound and etc. Can you fairly say that about any of games with 10/10? This is the last Zelda cannot be better ;)?
3.Its just your personal opinion, you biased here, same as those who set 0/10, but in combined your vote and other opinions we got fair score for a game, because everyone has own taste own preferences. That's why we need thousands of votes, even millions.

You dont know what are you talking about, Zelda BotW has 64 perfect scores, so game defiantly deserves 97 score.
Talking about people ranking on Metacritic, just look amount of trolls and salty people that gave score of 0 (lol), so taking people ranking on Metacritic like proof of anything is ridiculous.
You can smile, but fact is that Zelda BotW is one best games ever, and definitely deserves 95+ score, you cant say same for Horizon Zero Dawn.
