Forums - Sony - Sony: 'Our 2015 first party lineup was not as strong as we would have liked'

Agreed. There is stuff on PS4 I want to play but none of it looks outstanding for my personal taste. So I bought a Wii U and Im really enjoying it.

However, Im sure I will be more interested in PS4 next year. Uncharted 4 is my most anticipated exclusive on the console.

Not up to their usual standards but it's at least close to (I think it's better) than the "best Xbox lineup ever"

I think that depends how much you like Bloodborne.

That aside it was a shitty year for Sony games.

Compared to what exactly? Certainly not the xbox one. More exclusives of every type released each year on the PS4 than the xbox one. If sony had a slow year than what did the xbox one have? He's just comparing the PS4's 2015 line up to sony's 2014 line up.

When you buy it next year you will have a lot of good games for cheap that you may be able to enjoy.

I'm really not into Bloodborne.  I platinumed Demon's Souls but just to give it a fair shot (and so no one would say I didn't like it just because it was too hard) and didn't enjoy it

However I loved the Order, Until Dawn, Tearaway, and Uncharted Collection this year.  I'm keeping all 4 in my permanent collection (I only keep games that I can see myself going back to year after year) and have already played through the former 2 multiple times.

Right, I'm already buying stuff when I see it cheap. I have The Order, Uncharted Collection (bought from someone who didn't want bundled code), and a bunch of stuff from PS+.

I'll probably grab for Killzone and Infamous for like $10. I pretty much just want it for the exclusives.

Its an expansion, but I get your point. Regardless, as a person who prefers Sony more and knows Sony's future potential, Microsoft is still pushing Sony to deliver quality IP's in the future by funding new AAA IP's of their own.

Several people have listed a lot more AAA exclusives for Sony and showed that you included non AAA things on MS basket to give them the win, but you still insist that MS had the better output. MS isn't pushing any of Sony if we see the sales.

I really don't mind if you list them. Even Sony's knows they've been lagging with AAA exclusives. This is the second year in a row that Sony has had to apologize for lacking AAA exclusives.

No friends around to lend you the PS4 so you can play the ones you found cheap???

Their admission and how it compares to competitors is a little different thing.

I already gave you free reign to prove your point with AAA's.
