Days of Future Past was great, but this doesn't look nearly as good as that one.

I saw Magneto but I dunno if he was under the influence or just siding. I think if he isn't that it's only fitting  that the fourth horseman is Wolverine.

I remember I was a HUGH X-Men fan back in the late 80s and early 90s. In fact, I was a bigger fan or the original team. So I was pretty excited when I heard Marvel was going to bring back the original five characters in its own series called the X-Factor. Before I sold them to a friend, I had the first 75 issues of the X-Factor, including multiple copies of several special issues. Of course I recall the first appearance of Apocalypse in these pages. Now, enter the X-Men movies. I've never seen and smelled such a pile of steaming crap that did little to no justice to the original source material. I NEVER expected a cinematic production to mirror its original printed source to the "T." But the X-Men films were just plain wrong, and just the movies themselves leave me with no emotional attachment to make the entertainment investment worth my dollar. Pass.

they should have rendered Apocalypse in full CGI.... that Apocalypse is horrible... feels like he came from a Low Budget 90's film

The last 3 did

This needs more Hugh Jackman but other than that I like it.  Hopefully they don't sacrifice character for spectacle.  Singer hasn't really missed yet when he's been behind these films though and I trust him to have those great acting moments like the plane scene and charles talking to himself from Days of Future Past (top 5 comic book movie ever for me)

Magneto Apocs bitch ? say it aint so.

She can act fine when in her natural voice. But she can't do an American accent for shit and that ruins things. So she's miscast for this role and they should have got an actual American or someone who can easily do an American accent. She will look like a community theatre amateur next to JenLaw.

Also hoping the four horsemen are like the comics/90's TV series.

Honestly looked to me like Magneto was one of the 4 in there.  I could be wrong though.
