dude, seriously, money should be no object when it comes to buying both of them games but i do agree with you with regards to the outrageous prices we have to pay for games in europe, most new releases retail for 40 quid in england (80 dollars).

 

New releases have gone on sale early in the uk this week thanks to it being a bank holiday tomorrow, i wish i had a ps3/360 so i could play the new rainbow six though, it looks fooking awesome.

 


money is not really an issue. i bought chocolte today for more than 20 euros (high class stuff....). but 65 Euros for a freaking wii game? someone totally has lost it there. i dont support shit like that. 


is that usual price for wii games where you are then? thats roughly 48 quid in sterling isn't it?



nintendo and sega fan since i was old enough to hold a game controller.

note: my games collection on my profile is only 20ish% complete, i've got a boatload of 360,saturn and dreamcast games to add and a few ps3 games, thanks :)

You've bought more games this week (6) than I've bought for the Wii over its entire lifespan (5) - and I bought the console on launch day. You also bought as many games this week as I did over the entire course of the Gamecube's lifespan (6), and that was also a release day console purchase for me.

As you may have guessed, I don't buy that many games.  The ones I do purchase, I tend to use for a very, VERY long time. I still feel as though I didn't get my money's worth from Metroid Prime 3, since I only played through it twice lasting about 40 hours total. Getting 100+ hours of playing time from each game is the norm for me, not the exception. Obviously I'm a little different than most of you here...

I just bought a PS3 this week.  As such, I bought Rock Band PS3.

For the PS2:

Gran Tourismo 3 A-spec

Shadow of Colossus

Nascar 2007 (Poor Nintendo fan w/o it since 2005)

MX vs. ATV Unleashed

For the PS1

Driver

Sled Storm

 

I'm bidding on other games, but I don't think that's overall a bad start for someone who hasn't owned any Sony console.

no, usual is 50 Euros.

some shit companies like sega ask for 60 euros (yes, also mario & sonic ...), but that used to be highest. then came NMH.....

65 Euro is 100 USD right now. and thats just crazy for a wii game.

would you buy the game for 65 Euro? I will not spend more than 50 euros on a normal wii game (WiiFit I will get). Simple as that.

And the chocolate included some fantastic Calissonne, some Marzipan from Lübeck and some amazing chocolate from Ecuadore. so well worth 20 euros.
