Nintendo has offically announced that the final Smash Bros related video will be on the 15th this month, or in just a few days. Now that Cloud has been confirmed, it basically means that any character in a potential newcomer. So what are your final hopes for new smash characters? It can be as relevant or as obscure as you like. Personally for me I'm hoping the Ice Climbers can return. They were one of my favorites from Brawl, and I really want them back, even if they have basically a 0% chance of making it.

They need to announce a shit load of characters people want in the game.

I want King K. Rool, Ice Climbers and Bayonetta added into the game. More characters on top of that would be great, but I don't know if they'd put the manpower behind it rather than Smash NX.

I also want New Pork City back, or another Earthbound stage added so we can get the great remixes (Humoresque of a Little Dog, You call this a utopia?!) from Brawl that they cut, back.

As long as Shovel Knight is NOT in Smash, I will be happy with any announcements.

I hope we get information on who won the ballot. I'm really hoping for Isaac, Bayonetta, and the return of Ice Climbers. And although I don't think they'd be added, Inklings would be a nice addition to the game. I would also like a release date for Cloud.

First of all, that pun almost killed me.

Anyways, I'm simply not a huge fan of Shovel Knight, and while I understand why people want him so badly, I think there is a good handful of other third-party/indie characters that deserve the spot more, like Shantae, or Bomberman.

I'm personally hoping for Fiora from Xenoblade Chronicles, Elma from XCX, or Inklings from Splatoon.
