Rip-off:
1.
A product or service that is overpriced or of poor quality.
2.
Something that is an imitation of something else.
3. theft.
4. An act of exploitation.

Captain Toad is not a explotation, nor an overpriced product, nor a poor quality game, nor a theft, nor an imitation. You are using a word with a widely bad connotation on purpuse just to defend Star Fox, Captain Toad was a very high quality product that expanded a good idea that was barely a minigame with 6 levels on 3Dworld into a way more complex and long game with tons of elements that were not there before and turned a secondary character into a main character. Is just a spin off. And the fact that the game was an expansion of a previous concept does not make it cheaper, by that logic Star Fox Zero would be way cheaper since it is way more heavily based on Star Fox 64 than Captain Toad Treasure Tracker is on 3DWorld.

Ok, not ripof.

My point was that Toad is small game that is price like it should and that Star Fox Zero is bigger game.

Probably SFZ is more expensive that Captain toad, that's true.

But tbh, we dont really know how big is the content of the game or even the price. Here on Amazon Spain is supposed to be 40€ game...

I´m excited anyways, i don't care if the game cheap or not as long as it is good, i do worry that the cheap perception is gonna hurt its sales though.

Why not? Captain Toad was a $40 game and it looks far more attractive and not "cheap" at all.

Because Nintendo is investing lota time and effort in development of this game, its not like other game that I mentioned that are basically developed in few months, game that running on two screens with different views and 60fps definitely isn't cheap.

Toad It's cheap because it's rip off from Mario 3D World and have very small content and replayability. There is reason why Nintendo priced at $40.

As I've said, most consumers don't give a damn about it running on two screens, they'll just look at the graphics and judge it cheap based on that.

And how do you know Starfox will have more content than Toad, when Miyamoto himself has said it will be movie length?

Like I wrote, Nintendo consumers dont think that game is cheap only because graphics inst best looking on Wii U.

I am pretty sure that Miyamoto was misunderstand about length of game, he probably mentioned movie experience but I don't think he thought on movie length. He also compared game to a television series experiance. Nintendo will certainly will not release game that have length of around 2 hours. Do you really believe that Nintendo will release game that have length of around 2 hours!?

This kind of length is pretty standard for the series; both the original Starfox and its 64 sequel offered around 2-3 hours of material, with the bulk of its value coming from repeat playthroughs chasing high scores.

I am pretty sure it will have much more material than only around 2-3 hours.

Miyamoto's "Movie length" comment does imply a short game based on multiple playthroughs, which is also consistent with Starfox SNES and Starfox N64.

Like I wrote, I am pretty sure that Miyamoto was misunderstand about length of game. I dont expect long game, but certainly dont expect "material that will have only around 2-3 hours". I expecting main campaign with around 4-6 hours, but with great replayability and some additional content (maybe that Project Guard or something similar), so that would be far more material than only 2-3 hours.

About 0.8 million lifetime. Why? Because there aren't many first party Nintendo games so as long as they're fairly interesting, a lot of people will buy them. But Star Fox doesn't have wide enough appeal to do much more than that!

There's not a lot of room for misunderstanding in:

"We want it to be that you can complete the course of the game in the same amount of time you would spend watching a movie"
