A remake can do a 100% duplication of the original games mechanics. The proper term here would have to be reimagining.

If it comes to the NX, I'll probably get it, I have never played FFVII (or even completed a main series FF title).

The game looks pretty cool, and the new combat system looks very interesting.

I'm looking forward to trying it.

Now to answer your question: yes, I'm hyped for FFVII because I've always heard good things about it but I never had the opportunity to play it or any other FF game. I hope to manage to correct my defect to the FF series on NX as well as for the DQ series since NX will most likely (it only depends on the price really but if it's under 500€ I'll be ready to go) be a D1 purchase for me. No, I'm not gona buy a PS4 if it doesn't come to NX, simply because I want to be shure the game releases in the best conditions. If it releases and FF fans say it's true to the original then I might pick up a PS4 for it since by the time it's out I should be able to find one around 200€ and hopefully there will be some other games that caught my attention as No Man Sky did.

I want to play it so bad. Can't wait for the remaster.

I was never a fan of FFVII. And now that they changed the battle system, I'm even less interested.

Honestly I was not that impressed by the video that was showed of the game. Couldnt stand the look of Cloud and specifically the voice acting ugh.

But I will get it, either on the PS4 or NX (if it happens..)

I'm buying this game day 1. I'm hoping it will go on NX because I will buy it there, but if not, it's alright because I already have a PS4.
