I for one won't miss him.

Whether or not he does or does not deserve to be banned is another story.

But, as DKII said, he crossed the line too much.

And he's been banned before, and in response to being banned, he flames mods.

I for one think he deserved it.

If you want to honor his memory make some stupid one liner insulting him for no real reason. He never contributed anything to the forums, and was not that funny. Good ridance.

Thanks DKII for explaining it a bit, I do admit he pushed bounds, not being a mod myself I didn't have to deal with his attitude towards the warnings/bans, that is all I needed.
