Forums - Nintendo - Fire Emblem Series Sales in Japan

Awesome data! I guess I learned today that Mystery of the Emblem is the highest selling game in the series. But after that it seems things start to take a bit of a dive. But since Awakening it seems the series is on the upswing so I'm hoping that the record set by "Mystery" will end up being passed eventually!

Lol, not everyone can read Fire Emblem Kylee.

Also, wasn't Awakening a mil seller?

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Good to see the franchise rebound with the last couple of entries. I'd have loved to see a Wii U version, with the overhead battlefield view on the gamepad, and the close-up view on the TV screen, but I think we can safely assume that's never going to happen.

Still, we've got Fates to look forward to in the West.

Keep in mind the reason why Sealed Sword (probably) sold better than the other GBA titles was due to the Roy advertisement in Melee.

Hmm, interesting.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

So Fates is close to 600k already?! And we still got a few weeks to go before the end of the year. Does this include digital along with physical?
