I bought it on PC during a Steam sale. Auto-platforming and QTEs made me stop playing and uninstall. Tried again later on PS3 when it came up on PS+. I got further this time, ran into a pack of wild QTEs, rage uninstalled. The least fun beginning of a game I've ever played in my life.

I might try the second one if it's $5 on Steam but probably not.

This was literally my experience minus the PS3 version.

I can put up with SOME/FEW QTEs. As in VERY few. But the TR2013 game, it just irritated me. I didn't find the gameplay fun or responsive, didn't care about the character, it just felt like a grind.

Now RoTTR has superior reviews, but I would have to find a couple of people who actively disliked TR2013 turn around and recommend RoTTR in order to consider it.

When it hits PS+. That is when I will play it.

I'll get it when it's bargain basement prices on steam, or free on PS+.

I purchased the TR reboot last year on black Friday along with my Xbox One. I got Rotr day one, Ive logged 38 hours and have 100% completed everything other than achievments.

I played the first one and enjoyed it greatly. I plan on buying it on Xbox One, but I am waiting or a price drop. Where I am, games are more expensive, and 80$ is expensive for a game with no multiplayer. i usually wait 6 months- 1 year for most games I buy.

I dont have a Xbox, if I had id have gotten one. Ill get a copy once its out for the PS4.

tbh, i never was a Tomb Raider fan. This is why im probably one of the few PlayStation fan dat wasnt get upset at all when i heard the timed exclusive of RoTR. I love Lara Croft tho :). She looks so gud & badass in the latest game.

I'll probably wait for it to be like 20 bucks or so.

I'll get it when it's cheap or free.

Borrow it from a friend who plans to buy it for the PS4.
