Nem, don't bother. This guy has taken one or two sentences from Nintendo PR, a couple of patents made in the past two years, and constructed an entire console platform and development ecosystem in his head. He's ignored the other patents that don't fit with his idea. He has ignored all of the history of how  patents and pr speak leading up to a console announcement does not nececcarily indicate anything definitive, and in fact some times completely contradict the console that is announced, ignored plausible other scenarios presented of what the NX could that fit prefectly within the PR sentences he clings to that would result in an entirely different console than he has imagined in his head. He literally thinks he has it all figured out and there's nothing that has been said that will make him even consider that he could be wrong. On top of all that he doesn't seem to understand why everyone else doesn't take these things the exact same way he does.

It's completely and utterly pointless.

I can't wait the for NX to come out and perhaps knock people like Miyamotoo down a couple pegs and teach them lessons about jumping to conclusions.

Yes, I have idea what NX will probably be based on what Nintendo said and some recent patents that are connected with their talk. And guess what, you have lots a people that having similar idea about NX same like me.

Most of your statements are not along the lines of "I believe the NX is a multi-specification platform that includes both home and handheld consoles", they are "the NX is a multi-specification platform that includes both home and handheld consoles". One presents your opinion as exactly that - an opinion, the other presents your opinion as fact. Please be careful of this.

Not once did I say your idea of the NX is impossible, all I said was that there are many plausible platforms that could emerge that fall in like with every PR statement that has been made, and you're dismissing all of them and declaring that your assumptions are in fact definitive and correct. Now what I feel is implasible is that you've taken these PR statements and patents that have been made, and quite literally assumed that based on the PR and patents,  the best possible console you can think of, that you would love to have, is what Nintendo is probably making.

That almost definitely isn't the case. All Nintendo likely means is because their hardware is more similar, and because the OS is more similer, it will be easier to port a game between the two separate devices than it has between any Nintendo handheld and console before - like porting an iPad game to the iPhone is easier than porting an iPad game to a Samsung tablet. Thus, by definition, Nintendo will have made it easier to get more games on both platfroms and thus potentially lessen hardware droughts. That's it. There will probably be no "one game found in a single box in store that can be played on both handheld and home console platforms". There will probably be no "each console scales the same copy of the game differently". There will probably be none of this complicated software complexity that hampers performance. Those things probably aren't going to happen. Yet you're actling like it definitely is.

Like I already wrote before, nothing is 100% certain while Nintendo don't reveal NX. We will know for sure in few months.
