Most of your statements are not along the lines of "I believe the NX is a multi-specification platform that includes both home and handheld consoles", they are "the NX is a multi-specification platform that includes both home and handheld consoles". One presents your opinion as exactly that - an opinion, the other presents your opinion as fact. Please be careful of this.
Not once did I say your idea of the NX is impossible, all I said was that there are many plausible platforms that could emerge that fall in like with every PR statement that has been made, and you're dismissing all of them and declaring that your assumptions are in fact definitive and correct. Now what I feel is implasible is that you've taken these PR statements and patents that have been made, and quite literally assumed that based on the PR and patents, the best possible console you can think of, that you would love to have, is what Nintendo is probably making.
That almost definitely isn't the case. All Nintendo likely means is because their hardware is more similar, and because the OS is more similer, it will be easier to port a game between the two separate devices than it has between any Nintendo handheld and console before - like porting an iPad game to the iPhone is easier than porting an iPad game to a Samsung tablet. Thus, by definition, Nintendo will have made it easier to get more games on both platfroms and thus potentially lessen hardware droughts. That's it. There will probably be no "one game found in a single box in store that can be played on both handheld and home console platforms". There will probably be no "each console scales the same copy of the game differently". There will probably be none of this complicated software complexity that hampers performance. Those things probably aren't going to happen. Yet you're actling like it definitely is.

Like I already wrote before, nothing is 100% certain while Nintendo don't reveal NX. We will know for sure in few months.
