How can you even bash the Megaman cartoons. The american one lasted two seasons. And was great. The Rockman EXE series had a total of 3 series. And some movies. You call those failures? You should of singled out Viewtiful Joe not being dubbed past the first 26 eps.

What could work now Minecraft, LoL, Star Fox, Splatoon. For Teen and Adult mini series: Fallout, Halo, & Uncharted.

It beeing 18+ is strictly related to the sprinkle of South Park...

of course they could also do an amazing Cartoon tanking inspiration from the "The Simpsons" kind of Humor that is a little more Kid-friendly (usually) :v

Disgaea would make a very good cartoon.

It's Nintendo anyway, it'll never be 18+ there games cater for 14s and under :-p

Maybe because Megaman 6 was the LATEST game in the series. At the time of the cartoons creation. Shesh. What did they really have to work with? 6 NES games. And not much else story. Cartoons take a year to make. So when the scripts were done. Megaman 6 was the only thing being worked on.

I've been thinking for a long time that a League of Legends cartoon would be a great idea. Either as an anime along the lines of Naruto (except hopefully with less filler and faster pace) or a pseudo-anime along the lines of Avatar. There are so many characters and each has their own personality and backstory that could work to create one large, cohesive universe. They have already done story type 'sagas' for the game which could translate well into a cartoon (like what they did with Lissandra a while back).
