Okay, so I came back by accident, meaning to click on Official PS Vita lol, but guess I'll say this, because you clearly aren't thinking about the point.
1. You mentioned Xenoblade X. You don't have nothing to say to me from that point. Nothing containing that games name and censorship should be mentioned. You don't wanna know my opinion on that. BUT not being localized and being UNreleased are 2 entirely different things, don't reach.
2. A mainstream game, where this isn't the norm? Hell yes it matters. I buy niche titles, I love the Hyperdimension series, own Omega Quintet, even down to Senran Kagura. But Street Fighter is a Main Stream title with certain expectations. Ridiculous fan service isn't one of them.
3. A butt slapping sound effect? So what, if you hear a walking sound effect, you don't need to see someones shoes. It's her character, she's a wrestler. But that doesn't mean you gotta get a close up of her butt for .2 seconds lol. No one would notice if they showed the game after the change. Games go through natural changes. Because something is more clean than originally intended doesn't mean that apparently it's some big censor let's rally against it.
"If it's the devs really doing what they want then why would they bother showing R Mikas slapping in the reveal trailer only to alter the camera and animations in a new one? The original had english subs in it so this was obviously meant for international viewers. Of course after SJWs and non gamers saw this, Capcom decided to make some changes." 4. I copied that because you just went against everything you say with this. You're rallying against an assumption. Capcom didn't say they're censoring the game, they just showed a different version. If anyone was to blame, I'm sure they'd have mentioned it to get those people off of 'em. Beta's, Alpha's etc. Don't you read what they say as fine print? It does not represent the final product. So what does that mean. Stop complaining about what they're changing in a game during a Beta... It's not you who chooses what's representing the final product. Look up videos showing the changes in games. That's a normal kind of change. Unless Capcom says Japan is getting butt slapping while NA and EU aren't. You really have nothing to complain about. You're interfereing with the way they express the game.

- Uhh, yeah... But you still decided to read my long response anyway, huh? I bet you REALLY won't be coming back after this one, right?
- I mentioned XCX because it's a recent and perfect example of a game having an original version for Japan and a (confirmed) censored versions for Western audiences. If you really want a game thats already released and localized Fatal Frame 5 is your answer. I don't need to know what you think about the censored parts in Xenoblade. I already know that i don't like them and whether it's unreleased or unlocalized now is the time to let Capcom know that we don't want SF5 to be censored as well.
- So... You're basically saying that YOU don't want the devs to throw in some ridiculous fan service because YOU have certain expectations of Street Fighter and because it's a mainstream title... "that's ironically telling the devs not to do what they want." That's what you said in your previous post, youre not making much sense here lol. Your expectations of a Street Fighter game are not the same as everybody else, you know? Again, mainstream games should not get any special treatment over niche games, theyre both games. The one sells better than the other, that's the only difference. Pressuring the devs artistic vision wont make a game better nor more succesfull.
- Maybe Capcom didnt say anything about the sudden changes because the reasons (or let's say the reactions) made it obvious enough? Im not choosing what will be presented in the final game, im trying to prevent a censored version release for western audiences. If you look at other recently localized games chances are that we will most likely be getting a censored version of SF5.
This is a 30 year old fighting game series most gamers grew up with, we don't need any censorship because of some fictional women we are already familiar with. Above all, it's not the 80's and 90's where children dominated the gaming market anymore, it's 2015 those gamers have grown up as should the gaming industry have by now. Sexuality gets explored in many different ways in books and movies and many readers/viewers understand that this is mostly intended for entertainment, why should this be viewed differentely in games? By accepting censorship you wont let this industry progress any further. Even if the subject is quite controversial, gamers are still the ones buying the games and they can decide for themselves what they are allowed to view and what not.
