Personally im just tired, i dont even know if i will grab Bloodbornes expansion next week, and i really dont want this series to become a yearly thing, like COD and Ass Cred.

I'm hyped. My most hyped next year and I also preordered Old Hunters DLC.

It's too early for hype. They added "soul memory" which basically changed how I feel about the direction of the series. I'm more at a "hmm?" level of hype for it at this point.

I think they removed it on DSIII...

Go to GAF if you want DS3 hype. This forum has never really been the place for Soulsborne to be honest.

Regardless, the fact that they put something like it in DS2 in the first place makes me question what they will do with DS3. They didn't explain jack shit about soul memory before and shortly after it was released. It basically ruined my MC to where i couldn't pvp or co-op with anyone. I stopped playing it after that. If they want to make a game that's "fair" to new players, they can make a new IP just for that type of player but don't ruin dark souls trying to pander.

Perhaps it's too soon ?

I'm extremely hyped for it. Still wondering if it will become a bridge between Dark and Demon's Souls, considering certain gameplay changes.

It will only have hype if it gets announced for the NX.
