Characters obviously look better in Hyrule Warriors, but the rest will probably look better in TP HD (still need to see more of the game).

Hyrule Warriors is technically much more advanced, but I prefer the TPHD style.

Aesthetically? Twilight Princess.

Technically? HW obviously put more on screen at a time and has higher polygon character models and a superior lighting model, but TP will likely have a more stable framerate, and could be running at 1080p to HW's 720p.
