No. He thinks you guys have a peer to peer link with each other that is harder to track than normal cell phone use. Think that is what he stated isn't it? or was that part not legible? Perhaps they use the many other options of cummunicating in game that dont invovle typing or talking. I know I have never had to type or talk in a multiplayer game and can still use the in game gesters of most characters to communicate something. But what he is highlighting more is the fact that peer to peer communication is harder to track. PS4 is probably being used because it has been released in more countries world wide, and is cheaper than xbxox one and is more poplular in europe and the rest of the world than other psosible peer to peer video games systems. But hey who cares, this is a games forum and we must see that this is an attaack on sony, not someone stating what they ahve found in their job trying to help others.

The worst thing is not even the potential damage to the brand, which will be insignificant at best, but media vehicles keeping their nonsense shit writting/reporting to capitilize over tragedies as much as they can.

With this kind of junk news, they once again want to link gaming with violence, there must be people who actually get happy when this kind of things happen, the bigger the tragedy the most shit reports can be done, the most atention them get. It's not a problem about videogames, just that the previous ridicilous linking made it a base to write shit articles about it.

I'm saying they should refer to them as consoles.  and without any evidence he's assuming the ps4 was used for terrorism.  Playstation is the worldwide console brand.  So maybe due to its popularity over the competition this is an unfortunate bi product given a lot of these people are likely to have one.  

In the interest of fairness these American writers should associate the Xbox's or Playstations the school shooters in the US with their terrorism.  Mention that they were probably playing shouting games that influenced them.  

Because it's not fair to do it on European terrorists and not the American terrorists.

But the game is what's blamed, not the console itself. The reason PS4 is aimed at here is because there's not any games mentioned. If Xbox Live itself was used by school shooters to communicate plans to shoot up schools then yeah, Xbox should be a target.
