Forums - Sales - NPD: Halo 5 Sold Less than 1M in October

So when Halo 5 has 4+ million sold by the end of the year will it still be considered to have "terrible sales"?

You can see the future? Why didn't you see these low sales happening?

This pretty much confirms that Halo 5 outsold every XB1 exclusive combined for the year. The same could probably not be said for the PS4 exclusives. Diversity really helping the PS4 out here.

Not yet.

Confirmed already but 2 insiders.

Holy crap. I knew Halo 4 was a bit of a downer and Halo Master Chief Collection gave the devs a blackeye but I had no idea it was THAT bad. I mean this isn't an out and out disaster, there's still the holidays. But still, wow.

A guy from GAF IMPLIES that a game MIGHT have sold less than a million and it is then taken as a fact. Lol

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

You need to hold on and wait. Save the thread, dig it back up later. Halo only had a week? 6 days to sell around a million copies.... Busiest part of the holidays are yet ahead, which seems to have affected PS4 and X1 looking at NPD... Hold on. It seems like a lot of others are.

My question then would be how the hell was halos revenue so fucking high?
We know that number included hardware.... But how!?
